Mecomb Singapore Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounts payable, vendor management, employee claims, and treasury-related activities. The role covers GL postings, month-end closing, and financial reporting to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365). Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing activities.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

Mansioni

• Process and verify local and overseas supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform invoice matching, account coding, and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Prepare and process vendor payments in accordance with company policies and approval requirements.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting documentation.
