Job summary

Eastern General Hospital in Singapore seeks a seasoned Finance/FP&A leader to deliver accurate financial data, design data collection templates, and produce timely reports to support strategic planning. Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of related working experience.
Membership of a professional body (ISCA or ACCA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the FP&A team to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Design and manage data collection templates for accurate reporting.
Oversee system implementation projects with stakeholders and coordinate deployments.
Analyse and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and embed best practices.
Coordinate secretariat support and manage logistics for workgroups and events.
Monitor performance and provide coaching to drive productivity and team development.
