Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Executive to manage customer invoicing and payments, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue invoices and resolving discrepancies. The role supports the Finance team in reducing receivables and improving cash flow.

Two positions are available for immediate hire, with a 3-month extendable arrangement. The candidate will assist with AR/AP, reconciliations, and related finance duties, and liaise with customers on payment status and

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or business-related discipline.
• Prior AR, credit control debt collection experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and payments; follow up on overdue invoices.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and general finance admin duties.
• Liaise with customers on payment status, payment arrangements and invoice enquiries.

Job Summary
