Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to provide full accounting support for SPED School West, handling AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, budgeting and reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level I/II, 2–4 years of experience with Xero and ApprovalMax, strong Excel skills, and meticulous, team-oriented work. Working location: CPAS premises in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level I/II required.
• 2–4 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in education sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts comprising AP/AR/GL.
• Bi-monthly Accounts Payable payment and AR.
• Journal entries for month-end & year-end closing.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and monitor performance.
• Produce accurate management and fund reports by deadlines.
