BOECKELER INSTRUMENTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

You will oversee manufacturing cost accounting, daily AP/AR, and general ledger activity with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will work in BC ERP, manage GST filings, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with production to ensure proper cost allocation and inventory valuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience, with 2+ in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and tax compliance.
• Experience with daily AP/AR, GL, reporting, and import/export documentation.
• Proven ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily AP/AR transactions and bank reconciliations; monitor aging.
• Post journal entries; support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, BOM, labor, overhead and variances.
• Collaborate with production to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost allocation.
• Lead ERP data integration and process improvements with Dynamics 365 BC.
• Prepare GST returns and assist audits; monitor tax changes.
• Manage accounting for import/export activities, including landed costs.
• Maintain internal controls and handle confidential financial data with discretion.
