PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle the full set of accounts for multiple entities on a 9-month contract (extendable/convertible).

The role focuses on bookkeeping, financial reporting, and coordination with outsourced providers, based at Harbourfront, Singapore. The candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience, a recognised Accounting degree (CA preferred), and familiarity with Singapore FS standards.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA.
• 4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in Big 4 audit followed by commercial experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory requirements of listed companies.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP S4 Hana and One Stream consolidation system advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage master data, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions; coordinate with outsourced service providers for financial operations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Assist in preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and XBRL filing submission.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by supervisor.

Location: Harbourfront

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm) & Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Description

• Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage master data, accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions and work closely with outsourced service providers for financial operation matters
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and XBRL filing submission
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other initiatives as assigned
• Other ad hoc duties assign by supervisor

Role Requirements

Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA

4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience

Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies

Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind

Proficient with MS Office and knowledge in SAP S4 Hana and One Stream consolidation system will be advantageous
