Omnicom Media Group APAC in Singapore seeks a Finance Executive in the Reporting Stream to ensure accurate vendor invoice processing and timely payments. You will support the commercial finance team and collaborate with vendors to provide financial support on a timely basis.

You will handle journals, balance sheet schedules and intercompany reconciliations, while maintaining strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and expense claims.
• Resolve invoice and supplier related issues, verification and filing of records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Liaising with shared service center for payment processing, ensuring suppliers are paid timely.
• Preparation of journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Preparation of financial reports and intercompany reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support to Finance Team for day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a Finance Executive in the Reporting Stream, you will report to the Finance Manager. Your main role is to ensure all vendor invoices are accurately received and provide support to commercial finance team through efficient control of finance processes and timely payments to vendors. You will also need to establish a collaborative relationship with the vendors, business and finance teams to ensure that they are given all necessary financial support on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
• Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
