Job summary

R.J. Crocker Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full accounting cycles, from bank reconciliation to month-end closing and budgeting. You will prepare cash flow analyses, management reports, and contribute to audit readiness across multiple projects.

The role requires a Diploma or professional qualification in Accountancy and at least 4 years of accounting experience, with the ability to multitask and work with cross departments under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform full sets of accounts and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare progress claims and submission to client.
• Prepare month end closing and financial statements.
• Prepare cashflow projection analysis and budgeting for each project.
• Prepare monthly management reports, annual budget and profitability analysis.
• In-charge of audit processes and liaise with auditors.

• Monitoring stand-in arrangement and provide costing advice.
• Prepare and process invoices
