Job summary

The National Cancer Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee NCCS, NCCS Cancer Fund and NCCS Research Fund. You will manage a team responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payables/Receivables, Fixed Assets and sundry billing, ensuring robust internal controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CA accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Meticulous, hands-on attitude with integrity, initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly & quarterly financial reporting.
• Payroll related work (benefits in kind, clinical manpower costs).
• Cashflow projections and treasury management.
• Coordinating and overseeing year end statutory audit.
• All tax matters (corporate tax, GST and withholding tax).
• Maintenance of adequate system of internal controls and accounting records.
• Development and review of financial policies and procedures.
• Provision of data and analysis as required by cluster HQ and/or Ministry of Health.
• Annual budgeting and forecast.
• Statutory surveys and claims submissions.
