The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the group’s finance and controllership, shaping strategy and capital decisions.

You will drive reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with senior management and the Board on performance updates and strategic initiatives. With 10–15 years in senior finance roles, you will oversee corporate transactions, financial modelling and risk management, ensuring robust controls and effective treasury

Qualifications

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant finance experience with senior financial management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling, valuation and capital management.
• Experience in corporate transactions including M&A, fundraising, debt financing or refinancing.
• Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, financial institutions and advisers.
• Strong commercial judgement and leadership with a strategic yet hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead the finance function, oversee day-to-day operations, closing, consolidation, and reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections and working capital management.
• Ensure robust controls, compliance and policy development across the Group.
• Collaborate with Board on performance updates, planning, and capital decisions.
• Lead evaluation and execution of corporate transactions and capital investments.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation and investment assessments for capital allocation.
• Support CFO on funding, treasury strategies, debt/equity financing and negotiations.
• Maintain liquidity and banking relationships, manage financial risk.
