Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. partners with an established organisation to invest in the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer who will drive financial strategy amid a complex transformation.

The role focuses on strengthening the financial position, optimising capital allocation and supporting the Board in evaluating strategic options to sustain long-term value. The CFO will work with the Board and senior management to enhance governance, oversee risk, cash flow and reporting across

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting designation (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 15 years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership in turnaround or distressed scenarios.
• Proven record negotiating with banks, creditors and other stakeholders.
• Experience with restructuring advisers, insolvency practitioners or legal counsel.
• Experience managing PRC finance, tax and regulatory matters.
• Experience in listed company environment.
• Strong integrity, judgement under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial position, liquidity and risk, and provide Board recommendations.
• Lead negotiations with lenders on restructuring, refinancing, standstill and settlements.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity forecasting and scenario planning.
• Develop strategic options including portfolio optimization and capital management.
• Interface with external auditors, legal advisers and valuers; ensure timely disclosures.
• Evaluate financial implications of legal proceedings and contingent liabilities.
• Strengthen governance, controls and financial reporting across the group.
• Lead, develop and retain the finance team.
