This role will provide strategic financial leadership for the Groups non-China operations and be fully responsible for the overall finance management framework, including financial governance, accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, reporting, operational finance, internal control, compliance, and strategic finance support. The role will work closely with management teams across the Group to support business growth, operational efficiency, organizational development, and long-term strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the overall financeoperations of the Groups non-China businesses, including accounting, treasury,taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, operational finance management, andcompliance functions across overseas entities and operations.
- Establish and continuously optimize the Groups non-China financialgovernance framework, internal control systems, financial processes, andoperational standards to ensure efficient, compliant, transparent, andsustainable finance operations.
- Lead the Groups cross-border finance management activities, including cashflow management, working capital optimization, foreign exchange management,banking and funding arrangements, financial risk management, and capitalallocation planning.
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term financial planning,financial analysis, and performance monitoring processes to support businessoperations, profitability improvement, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing processes for the Groupsnon-China operations, including financial consolidation, management reporting,statutory reporting, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and relatedfinancial disclosures.
- Provide comprehensive finance and operational support to business teamsacross the Group, including commercial evaluation, profitability analysis,pricing support, payment risk control, operational finance coordination, andstrategic business support.
- Work closely with management teams across the Group to support operationalimprovement initiatives, business expansion projects, organizationaloptimization, investment evaluation, restructuring initiatives, and otherstrategic development programs.
- Provide coordination, collaboration, and finance-related support toaffiliated companies, sister companies, and other business units within theGroup framework based on evolving operational and business requirements.
- Lead anddevelop the finance organization, establish standardized management systems andprofessional finance capabilities, and ensure effective, efficient, andcompliant finance management across the Groups non-China operations.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance and Economics.
- At least 10 years of financial experience, over 5 years as Finance Director/Manager; cross-border trade experience.
- Professional expertise in integrating Singapores local financial rules with multi-country cross-border trade finance full-process operation, mastering the fiscal and tax docking points of Singapore and global cross-border business.
- Rich experience in combining overall financialmanagement with sales business financial support, able to provide targetedfinancial solutions for cross-border trade sales business in Singapore.
