Job summary

SIA Engineering Company Ltd, Asia’s leading MRO provider, seeks an IT-focused Finance Officer to support hardware/software setup, onboarding/offboarding, and user access control. You will drive internal IT projects, coordinate with business divisions, and help digitalisation initiatives aligned with the Finance Division roadmap.

Ideal candidate holds an IT diploma/degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• IT or related Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communications, problem solving and project management skills.
• Team player, self-motivated with positive working attitude.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in system design and analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software setup for laptops, printers and IT equipment.
• Point of contact between IT and Business Divisions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are executed efficiently.
• Review user access and controls regularly.
• Support and monitor digitalisation projects and align with roadmap.
• Coordinate digitalisation projects through automation like report and process automation (RPA).
• Engage finance stakeholders, translate requirements into specifications.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks.
