Job summary

Thakral Corporation Ltd is currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to manage end-to-end accounting, auditing, taxation, and HR/payroll functions for its subsidiary operations in Singapore. You will handle accounts, inter-company adjustments, invoicing, collections, cash flow, and monthly/quarterly reporting, while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting, has hands-on experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred),

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Possess relevant commercial accounting working experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office and hands-on knowledge of ERP accounting system, preferably JD Edwards
• Good financial, operational, and systems knowledge
• Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player and communication skills
• Singaporeans and permanent residents only

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of all finance, accounting, auditing, taxation (including GST where applicable), operational, administrative (including insurance matters) and HR & payroll functions of subsidiary companies
• Assist in corporate reporting and where required, in annual report/circulars, corporate meetings, and report preparations and arrangements
• Assist in ESG data collection, compilation, verification, and maintenance with global offices and consultants
• Proper maintenance and updating of all documents
• Cover payment and banking functions during team members' absence
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
