Job summary

THAKRAL CORPORATION LTD in Singapore is seeking a competent finance professional to handle the full spectrum of accounting, auditing, taxation, and administration. You will work with MS Dynamics Navision/JD Edwards and MS Office to manage inter-company adjustments, invoicing, collections, and monthly reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting with commercial accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Commercial accounting experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Navision/JD Edwards).
• Knowledge of international trade operations such as LC and Trade Financing is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; Singaporeans and PRs only.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and admin duties.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting and related party reporting.
• Manage banking, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Support corporate reporting, annual reports, and board meetings.
• Assist in office lease matters, stamping, and MCST-related tasks.
• Maintain and update financial documents; cover during absences.
