Randstad Singapore is expanding its finance team to support APAC regional planning and analysis. The APAC Finance Business Partner will own budgeting cycles, long-term planning, and variance analysis across markets, partnering with country teams and senior leadership.

You will drive KPI tracking, prepare management reports, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and help improve margins through strategic insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of corporate FP&A experience.
• Experience leading regional P&L analysis, budgeting coordination and forecasting cycles.
• High proficiency with advanced spreadsheet software and enterprise data visualization tools.

In this role, you will handle the comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes for the regional markets. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating budgeting cycles, long-term business planning, and compiling performance forecasts from various country divisions. You will conduct thorough variance analysis to compare current performance against previous periods and projections while identifying potential commercial risks and financial opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare regular management reports, develop key performance indicator tracking systems, and synthesize commercial data to assist senior leadership with margin improvement initiatives and strategic business decisions.
