Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking a mid-to-senior Business Analyst to drive finance-focused initiatives across the project lifecycle. You will translate complex business requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure value delivery.

The role covers requirements gathering, impact assessment, SIT/UAT support, and traceability from business needs to delivered solutions, with a strong emphasis on finance processes and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Strong experience supporting finance-related projects and financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, review, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyse current and future-state business processes and perform impact assessments.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with objectives.
• Assess the impact of change requests on scope, process, and systems.
• Monitor requirements risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for analysts and tech teams.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Work with technology and project teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Review test plans to ensure coverage of business requirements.
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation and resolution.
• Provide ongoing functional clarification through the project lifecycle.
• Drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
