Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is hiring a Finance Associate to join a dynamic finance team. You will contribute to seamless treasury operations, monthly closings, and accurate bank transactions across subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include cash flow management, documentation, e-banking disbursements, and support for audits and tax inquiries. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in accounting or finance is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proven treasury operations and foreign exchange experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash flow and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group finance admin tasks including documentation and daily cash flow management.
• Handle bank transaction requests such as loans and foreign exchange with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries to launch group finance activities and manage related documents.
• Perform monthly closings, journal slips, forex verification, and tax payments.
• Assist in preparing correspondence and documentation for tax inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain daily cash flow reports and forecasts from subsidiaries.
• Prepare disbursements, expenses, and loan repayments via e-banking with finance team.
• Support audits and ad hoc tasks as required by management.

• Oversee general administrative tasks related to group finance, including documentation, daily cash flow management, and data entry into financial systems.
• Handle bank transaction requests such as loans and foreign exchange, while ensuring accurate documentation and record updates.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries to launch group finance activities and manage all related documentation, including agreements and invoices.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including journal slip creation, verification of forex positions, and preparation of tax payments.
• Assist in preparing correspondence and documentation for tax inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain daily cash flow reports, summarizing positions and managing cash flow forecasts from subsidiaries.
• Prepare disbursements, expenses, and loan repayments through e-banking in coordination with the finance team.
• Support audit processes and perform ad hoc tasks as required by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in treasury operations, foreign exchange management, and corporate finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and balance sheet management.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and relevant financial software systems.
