DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to support US GAAP reporting, SEC filings, and NASDAQ IPO readiness in a multinational data centre environment.

The Assistant Manager will work on monthly/quarterly/annual statements, coordination with auditors, and development of technical accounting memoranda while reinforcing internal controls and SOX compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience; Big 4 background is preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting and SEC filings.
• Exposure to NASDAQ IPO or public company reporting environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance frameworks and internal control concepts.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and support dashboards and commentary for management.
• Assist in SEC filings (Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and coordination with IPO advisors, underwriters, and legal teams.
• Support design and enhancement of internal controls over financial reporting and SOPs, and contribute to process automation initiatives.
