DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Consolidation and Reporting in Singapore. The role focuses on US GAAP financial reporting, SEC filings, and IPO readiness across a multinational data centre environment.

You will support consolidation, technical accounting analyses, and external audits, while coordinating with IPO advisors and regulators. A professional finance qualification and Big 4 background are highly valued.

• Must have degree in finance or accounting; CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience; Big 4 background is a plus.
• Experience with US GAAP reporting and SEC filings; NASDAQ IPO readiness is advantageous.

With a focus on US GAAP compliance and NASDAQ IPO readiness, the Assistant Manager will assist in the preparation of financial statements, SEC filings, and technical accounting analyses. This role provides strong exposure to group reporting, external audit, and internal controls in a dynamic multinational data centre environment.**Key Responsibilities****Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance*** Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.* Support the preparation of management reports and variance analyses, and contribute to clear financial commentary for management review.* Prepare supporting schedules and materials for executive, audit committee, and board reporting.* Coordinate with external auditors, IPO advisors, and regulators as directed by the Finance Manager.* Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures for NASDAQ-listed or IPO-ready entities.* Support IPO readiness activities, including financial statement conversion, disclosure drafting, and coordination with underwriters and legal advisors.**Technical Accounting & Policy Development*** Assist in researching, drafting, and reviewing technical accounting memoranda on complex accounting issues (e.g. revenue recognition, share-based compensation, business combinations, lease accounting).* Monitor new accounting standards and assist in assessing their impact on the Group.**Internal Controls & SOX Compliance*** Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting.* Assist in risk assessments and help address control gaps in collaboration with finance stakeholders.* Help maintain SOPs, reporting calendars, and training materials to support reporting efficiency.* Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives for reporting processes and systems.**Qualifications & Requirements*** Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.* CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing).* Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience; Big 4 background is preferred.* Working knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting and SEC filings.* Exposure to NASDAQ IPO or public company reporting environment is an advantage.* Familiarity with SOX compliance frameworks and internal control concepts.* Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous.* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.* Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting matters clearly.* High level of integrity and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach to work.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
