Job summary

DayOne, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an Assistant Manager to support financial reporting and technical accounting for NASDAQ IPO readiness, focusing on US GAAP compliance. You'll prepare consolidated statements, assist external audits, and interact with regulators in a multinational data center environment.

You will contribute to internal controls, SOX elements, and policy development, coordinate with auditors and IPO advisors, and help improve automation of reporting processes while

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing).
• 4–6 years of accounting experience; Big 4 preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC filings.
• Experience with NASDAQ IPO or public company reporting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SOX and internal control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Assist SEC filings (Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and IPO readiness activities.
• Support SOX-compliant internal controls and process automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, IPO advisors, and regulators as directed.
