Job summary

CGP Personnel is recruiting for a one-year contract role stationed at Nanyang Technological University, Pioneer campus, to deliver senior financial support. You will partner with academic and administrative colleagues to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and governance, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

The role covers funding reviews, procurement support, and adherence to university policies, with regular management reporting and strong stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Partner with academic and administrative stakeholders to provide financial advice and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with School and University priorities.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance financial outcomes.
• Oversee revenue management and receivables processes to ensure timely revenue recognition, effective collections, and strong cash flow management.
• Review funding and budget requests, evaluate business cases, and provide recommendations to support management decisions.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses, translating complex financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain effective financial operations and governance by supporting procurement, payments, asset management, financial closing, audit activities, and compliance with University policies and controls.
• Support Finance Business Partner in any other matters

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu: 8.30am–5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am–5.15pm

Salary:

$5000-$5500
