Job summary

The Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager for a Single Family Office. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and tax filings for the SFO, IHC and related entities.

Key focus areas include capital & portfolio management, banking & treasury operations, and internal finance, with AML/CFT and FATCA/CRS compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance, a degree in finance/accounting, and professional qualifications are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance, accounting, fund admin or ops.
• Experience in family office, funds, or private banking preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore tax/regulatory (ACRA, corporate tax/GST) and FATCA/CRS.
• Finance or accounting degree; CA/CPA/ACCA welcomed.
• Ability to own the function independently with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting & accounting for SFO, IHC, and related entities.

Job description

Our client is looking for a SFO (Single Family Office) Finance & Treasury Manager , covering five core areas:

• Financial Reporting & Accounting - Books/records, audits, corporate tax, statutory filings, and transfer pricing for the SFO, IHC, and related entities.
• Capital & Portfolio Management - Tracking portfolio performance/AUM, reconciling capital accounts, managing capital calls/distributions, monitoring liquidity, and handling fund admin (subscriptions, KYC, tax forms like W-8BEN-E/CRS/FATCA, K-1 collection).
• Banking & Treasury Operations - Managing banking/custodian relationships, account maintenance, executing transfers/payments per authorization matrices, and multi-currency cash management.
• Office Operations & Internal Finance - SFO expenses (vendor fees, lease, payroll, CPF), vendor/contract management, budgeting and reporting to GC/COO.
• Compliance & Regulatory - AML/CFT records, CRS/FATCA reporting, and insurance (D&O, professional indemnity) renewals.

Candidate requirements: 3-5 years in finance/accounting/fund admin/ops (family office, fund administrator, fund manager, private bank, or financial-services audit background preferred); fund accounting/portfolio reporting exposure a plus; familiarity with Singapore tax/regulatory (ACRA, corporate tax/GST, AML/CFT) and FATCA/CRS advantageous; finance/accounting degree, part- or fully-qualified CA/CPA/ACCA welcome; and above all, reliability, meticulousness, discretion, and sound judgment to own the function independently while knowing when to escape.
