Job summary

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Corporate Finance & Administration in a renowned Fund Management Organisation who will head the finance and admin teams and play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO across a comprehensive range of finance, compliance, and administrative responsibilities. The Associate Director will supervise and review all accounting, finance, and administrative matters, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the corporate office, including consolidation of the various entities in APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 and review, and monitor accounting, finance, and administrative matters for Singapore and overseas entities (Cayman Islands, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the corporate office, including consolidation.
• Manage budgeting, cashflow, internal and external audits, taxation, and company secretarial matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, tax, and regulatory (MAS) requirements, including FATCA/CRS filings and KYC
• Oversee corporate affairs and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
• CPA/ACCA qualified with 5-10 years of experience in public accounting or an MNC environment, preferably in fund management or a related industry.
• Must have experience with MAS compliance in the fund management industry.
• Exposure to accounting and tax practices in the Asia Pacific region.
• Managerial experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, reliable, and dependable, with a high sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central accounting system is ideal
• Occasional travel required
