Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a finance operations professional to support end-of-day P&L production, data extraction, validation, and preliminary variance analysis for selected instruments. You will ensure accuracy across systems and contribute to control documentation.

You will collaborate with Front Office traders and Middle Office to resolve P&L queries, perform daily checks for data integrity, and assist month-end close activities including journal entries and balance substantiation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in banking operations, risk, compliance, or finance is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Document and update desktop procedures for core product control tasks in line with control standards.
• Liaise with Front Office traders and Middle Office to resolve P&L queries, documenting resolutions for audits.
• Assist in month-end close activities, including journals, balance sheet substantiation, and preliminary close tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

2) Execute daily checks and investigations of financial data across different systems, specifically focusing on identifying and resolving discrepancies related to trade booking, market data, corporate actions, and conducting off-market checks.
