Job summary

Vopak Terminals Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive reporting, planning and performance analysis, including statutory reporting for corporate tax and business partnering for operating costs.

You will own FP&A processes, monthly Flash, budgeting, LE, and the Opex dashboard, while coordinating with IRAS on tax matters and supporting incentive initiatives. Strong IFRS knowledge and Oracle/Tagetik experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and IFRS knowledge; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process owner of Financial Planning & Analysis including monthly Flash reporting, Budgeting & LE and Opex Dashboard.
• Process owner of Statutory Reporting i.e. Corporate Tax; main contact with IRAS for tax matters.
• Support role to obtain and manage investment incentives from EDB or IRAS
• Drive company-wide continuous process improvement for relevant process workstream
• Support analytics and streamlining relating to P&L and projects for long-term value creation
• Seek continuous improvement to optimize data usage, technology and automation
