Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analytics. You will partner with the FPA lead to oversee annual planning and strategic financial modelling across port operations.

You will own monthly close, management reporting and variance analysis, providing clear insights to senior management and department heads. You will coach the finance team and augment data governance and system adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 5 years FP&A experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Workday).
• Experience in port operations, logistics or related industries would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and projection processes with FPA lead.
• Drive variance analysis and provide performance insights to senior management.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and planning.
• Oversee monthly closing and management reporting across business units.
• Provide actionable analyses for cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Lead, coach and develop Finance team members.
• Drive adoption of financial reporting systems and data governance.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and cash flow to ensure liquidity.
• Identify process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency and controls.
