Job Description

• Support Budgeting/Forecasting, Operations Performance controlling, management reporting and financial analysis, inventory management
• Support costing process
• Analyse trends of operating expenses to help business partners gain key insights into spending and headcount and overtime tracking
• Participate in system integrations and testing to drive system and process improvements.
• Support government survey submissions and filing
• Support financial data requests from other departments
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are
• Identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects
• Willing to accommodate US work hours

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting (NTU, NUS, SMU preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, familiar with other MS applications including Word & PowerPoint; experience with Oracle and ADP is an advantage
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open and comfortable with some travelling to USA for work
