Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process payments for drivers.
• Verify project orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Key in invoices to the finance system (MYOB).
• Maintain and update database records.
• Cross reference original database to external vendors for compliance.
• Access internal database to extract information pertaining to stock transfers.
• Ensure ad-hoc driver payments are accurate and up to date.
