Job summary

GOGOVAN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to manage driver payments, verify orders, and ensure invoices are correctly entered into the finance system. The role requires 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Singapore tax rules.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate databases, cross-check data with external vendors for compliance, and support stock transfer information retrieval and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and possession of relevant accountancy qualifications or certifications, such as ACCA and/or Diploma in Accountancy
• Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in startups or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
