Job summary

The National Research Foundation (NRF) in Singapore invites applications for a Finance Business Partner role. You will be the single point of contact for financial matters, lead budgeting, financial analysis, year-end closing, and statutory reporting, while guiding procurement and administrative activities with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, an accountancy background, is proficient in MS Excel, and familiar with government manuals and procurement rules.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in finance planning, budgeting and reporting is desirable.
• Understanding of government financial processes and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer annual budgeting process and mid-year review.
• Analyse financial data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure timely year-end closing and statutory returns.
• Oversee procurement guidance and compliance with policies.
• Lead administrative functions and travel management, as required.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional requests.
