Job summary

LTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of financial activities. You will handle general accounts, payroll, AP/AR, and inter-company reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role involves monthly closings, GST submissions, liaising with tax agents and auditors, and maintaining internal controls. You will also coordinate with banks for facilities and manage work pass matters for foreign staff.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full cycle accounting, including journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Familiar with GST submissions and tax coordination with agents.
• Ability to liaise with auditors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of MOM Work Pass processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including journal vouchers and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare inter-company schedules and balances.
• Perform monthly closings and prepare closing reports.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
• Coordinate with tax agents and auditors for timely submissions.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting policies compliance.
• Work with Bank Relationship Manager to maintain facilities and arrange new facilities.
• Manage accounts payable: verify invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with vendors on payments.
• Handle payroll, CPF submissions, and IR8A for client companies.
• Manage MOM Work Pass matters including renewals.
• Renew and monitor company/motor insurance and vehicle taxes.
• Handle dormitory matters and foreign worker programs.
• Follow up on government approvals and air tickets for workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
