Job summary

WIN ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage full AR/AP functions and payroll processing. You will verify invoices, process payments, and handle staff claims while supporting month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities include CPF submissions, payroll preparation, and coordinating with suppliers and staff. Candidates should have 2+ years' experience and a degree in Accountancy, with strong MS Office skills. This is an on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a relevant field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Able to handle accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
• Verifying and processing supplier invoices.
• Check and verify staff claims.
• Prepare payments via various modes.
• Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submissions.
• Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers.
• Prepare monthly payment schedules.
• Handling in partial sets of accounts and assist in month-end closing.
• Foreign Work Pass application (Work Permit, S Pass, E Pass).
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
