Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking a proactive Accounts Executive to join the Finance team in Singapore. The role covers AR, AP, or GL functions with responsibilities across invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries.

You will support month-end closing, audit schedules, and compliance with accounting policies. ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Oracle experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AR, AP, GL, or full-set accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/SFRS and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR, AP, or GL accounting functions including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare audit schedules, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
• Support ERP enhancements, system integration, and process improvements.
