The Inception Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance and accounting professional to deliver quality services to clients. You will work in a small team, handling AP/AR/GL, month-end close, reconciliations, cash flow projections, and statutory reporting with auditors.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree or related qualification and have knowledge of FRS/SB FRS, Excel, SAP, Dynamics 365, and Workday. Confidentiality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification.
• Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic 365, WORKDAY system knowledge.
• Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information.
• Must be able to review and respond to changes in client's requirements.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality finance and accounting services to clients.
• Work in a small team to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage AP, AR and general ledger.
• Handle month-end closing.
• Ensure timely daily accounting processing.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow projections.
• Assist in fixed assets management, including disposals and transfers.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and duties.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare statutory GST submissions.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties.
