Job summary

BOTX INNOVATION SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a quality assurance inspector to conduct final product inspections against standards and specifications, verifying appearance, labeling, packaging and documentation before shipment.

You will promptly identify non-conforming products, implement containment, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Production, IPQC, OQC, Warehouse and Engineering to ensure timely release and ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High school or technical diploma or above.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing quality inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measurement and testing tools.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Final Product Inspection and Quality Verification

• Conduct final inspections on finished products in accordance with inspection standards, control plans, and sampling requirements before shipment. Verify product appearance, functionality, labelling, packaging, and documentation to ensure all outgoing products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Non-conforming Product Control and Quality Improvement

• Promptly identify, record, and report non-conforming products found during final inspection. Implement containment actions such as segregation, labeling, and rejection of defective products, and coordinate with relevant departments for disposition. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality tools such as 8D and 5 Why to prevent recurrence.

Cross-department Collaboration

Work closely with Production, IPQC, OQC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve final inspection issues, support customer complaint investigations, and ensure timely product release. Perform other quality assurance and inspection tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: High School or Technical Secondary School diploma and above.
2. Sound knowledge of relevant products and automotive electronic assembly processes.
3. Basic ability to read engineering drawings
4. Proficient operation of measuring and testing tools
5. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in manufacturing factory inspection.
