Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking a final inspection specialist to ensure assembly products meet Customer quality standards.

You will perform in-process and final inspections for assembly tools and modules, raise NCRs for non-conformances, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate inspection records. This role requires strong measurement skills and good communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing.
• Proficient mechanical measurement.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform In-process and Final Inspection for assembly tools and loose assembly modules to meet the requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents
• Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review when part or assembly is not according to requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents during in-process inspection
• Update outgoing inspection record after Final Inspection to allow monitoring of the internal quality
• Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any non-conformance found to ensure reject is recorded
• Perform inspection according to in-process checklist and outgoing checklist
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program
