Job summary

BUILDO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electronic and technical equipment across our site in Singapore.

You will diagnose faults in components, wiring, sensors, motors and control systems, perform testing and preventive maintenance, and assist with installation and commissioning. We value hands-on experience with electronics and automation, ability to read schematics and manuals, and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, electrical circuits and troubleshooting.
• Able to read electrical/electronic schematics and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience in equipment repair, testing or maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electronic and technical equipment.
• Diagnose faults in electronic components, wiring, sensors, motors and control systems.
• Conduct testing, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Replace faulty components and carry out equipment repairs and adjustments.
• Assist with installation, setup and commissioning of equipment.
• Read electrical/electronic schematics and technical manuals.
• Maintain repair records, service reports and spare parts inventory.
• Support engineers with equipment testing and technical troubleshooting.
