Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant System Field Engineer to install, maintain, and upgrade surveillance systems at client sites across the North region. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on field experience, the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, documentation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining surveillance or similar systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in field service scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems at customer sites following safety guidelines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers/end-users.
• Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
