Job summary

Surveillance & Monitoring Systems (Government Sector) in Tuas requires a Maintenance / Field Service technician to install, configure, and commission surveillance systems at sites, with office hours Mon-Fri. The role offers company transport from Joo Koon MRT and a basic up to SGD 5,000 plus AWS and variable bonus.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site, provide user training, and prepare service reports for coordination with vendors and teams.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in Engineering / Electronics, or related field
• Min. 1 year of Maintenance / Field Service experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware systems

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission surveillance systems and equipment at site
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing to ensure system reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime
• Provide technical support and basic training to end-users and customers
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with teams/vendors for maintenance and upgrades
