Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Field Team Lead to oversee Field Services operations and drive high-quality onsite IT support across client engagements.

You will lead a team of field engineers/technicians, manage SLA/KPI performance, and collaborate with EUC, EPM, M365 and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery. The role combines hands-on leadership with accountability for service quality and continuous improvement, including coaching

Qualifications

• A Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience in field services or IT operations with supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of SLA/KPI-driven service delivery.
• Familiarity with EUC/EPM tools and M365.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Field Services operations and supervise field engineers.
• Ensure on-time incident resolution and KPI targets across service delivery.
• Develop the team through coaching and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with EUC, EPM, M365 and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end service.
