Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site maintenance technician in Singapore to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs at customer sites. The role requires independent work, good record-keeping, and strong communication with customers to ensure service quality.

The candidate should hold an engineering diploma or equivalent, with fresh graduates welcome. On-site visits and a customer-focused approach are essential to meet SLAs and deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair preferred.
• Able to perform on-site maintenance per schedule and SLAs.
• Capable of inspecting, diagnosing and repairing equipment independently.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good record-keeping to maintain installation and service records.
• Good communication and customer service skills to handle enquiries, feedback and suggestions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
• Provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
• Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.
• Maintain customers install base records.
• Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions.
