Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 12 month contract to repair, test, and maintain medical devices across hospitals. The role includes onsite commissioning, spare parts management, and coordinating service logistics with travel to hospitals as required.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of field service experience, basic MS Office skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and good communication. Weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in any field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.
• Experience in Mechatronics or Electronics preferred but not a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Basic Microsoft office skills.
• Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of organization's products.
• Managing the tools upkeep and calibration.
• Managing workorders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
• Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
• Working with other brands/companies under the Organization for all repairs related work requirement.
• Manage the repair activity.
• Performing onsite commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
• Might be required to work on weekend.
• Tracking warranties of instruments.
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
• Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).
