Job summary

Malvern Panalytical seeks a Customer Services Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair XRF and XRD systems across the APAC region, with a hybrid role based in Singapore. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The position requires strong communication skills and flexibility to travel as needed. You will provide post-installation service training, handle service administration, and support other SEMI products as

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical fields.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining analytical instruments or semiconductor equipment.
• Ability to read electronic drawings and technical manuals in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Ability to provide remote or on-site support after hours and on holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair XRF and XRD systems in APAC.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer problems; coordinate corrective actions.
• Uphold Malvern Panalytical safety and work protocol standards.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines and factory maintenance standards.
• Provide service support and basic training after installation.
• Handle service administration tasks and report submissions.
• Manage spare parts in compliance with internal procedures.
