Job summary

Bruker Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support XRD, XRF, SC-XRD and micro-CT systems in Singapore and nearby countries. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and on-site training to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to travel regionally and deliver excellent customer service in a technical, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams."

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair XRD, XRF, SC-XRD and micro-CT instruments.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and factory support to resolve complex instrument issues.
• Provide initial customer training after installation to ensure safe operation and user familiarity.
• Deliver onsite and remote service support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Bruker safety protocols and site requirements.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and administrative records in a timely fashion.
• Contribute to service excellence through teamwork and continuous improvement.
