Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support XRD, XRF, SC-XRD and micro-CT systems in Singapore and nearby countries. You will install, troubleshoot, and service high-value instruments on customer sites, ensuring reliability and uptime while delivering training upon onboarding.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair XRD, XRF, SC-XRD, and micro-CT instruments.
Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and factory support for complex problems.
Provide initial customer training after installation to ensure safe operation and handover.
Deliver onsite and remote service support with high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with site safety and Bruker protocols; complete timely service reports.
Contribute to service excellence through teamwork and knowledge sharing.
