Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site field service engineer to service vacuum and mechanical products in Singapore. You will handle installation, commissioning, and aftersales support, providing on-site technical guidance to customers.

The role requires an engineering diploma or equivalent and strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. SAP will be used to manage service notifications and orders.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering required.
• Experience performing installation and commissioning is advantageous.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and perform fault finding on vacuum and mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Appraise, troubleshoot, repair vacuum and mechanical products.
• End-to-end pump servicing from installation, commissioning to aftersales service.
• Provide onsite advice to customers on technical issues.
