Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking an energetic Sales Engineer to build relationships with customers in Singapore and promote vacuum pump solutions. You will assess customer needs and present technical recommendations, while preparing quotations and sales reports.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, support after-sales service, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years' experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry.
• Experience in after-sales service is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vacuum pump solutions based on their requirements.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and relevant sales reports.
• Manage follow-ups on sales leads, opportunities, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate and provide support for after-sales service activities.
• Conduct product presentations and engage customers in technical discussions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
