Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites, including onboarding at Loyang HQ with a monthly training allowance.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare service reports while collaborating with a team. The role offers competitive allowances and opportunities for hands-on development in semiconductor-related equipment.

Qualifications

NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, maintenance, engineering or related technical role.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance or repair.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Perform roster duties when required.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, service, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Follow safety procedures and company work instructions.
Provide professional technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
Support standby or roster duties when assigned.
