Job summary

Associer Intl in Singapore seeks a technically skilled professional to lead aftersales support across key markets in Asia. The role focuses on dealer network development for automotive Electric Mobility and HV battery solutions, with emphasis on quality service delivery.

You will manage workloads, oversee technicians and subcontractors, handle variations and invoicing, and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of technical experience in Automotive (Electric Mobility) and HV battery solutions or aftersales service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination and data analytics skills.
• Independent, resourceful with proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Appointment of service dealers in assigned countries with HQ requirements.

• Ensure spare parts and tools availability by coordinating with agents and inventory planning.
• Meet customer needs, build proactive relationships and ensure satisfaction.

The Job

• a. Appointment of service dealer in assigned countries with the requirement of HQ.
• b. Ensuring effective workload management, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison, escalation, and job control, including administering variations and associated invoicing/ project progress claims to work with other departments to deliver high-quality services.
• c. Meet the market's needs for spare parts and tools by pushing agents to have enough inventory based on agreement articles.
• d. Effectively meet customer needs, built proactive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Training and Technical Support

• a. To provide technical consultation on-site or remotely with dealers or customers.
• b. To conduct technical training to dealers or OEM customers to improve technical and product competency.
• c. Ensure delivery of value to Company clients and customers.
• d. Coordinate quality, systems, and emergency issues with related departments.

• 1. Minimum a Bachelor Holder in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2. Minimum 3 years of working technical experience in Automotive (Electric Mobility) and High Voltage Battery (HVB), aftersales service operations, and/or battery energy storage solutions
• 4. Good at communication, cross-functional & multi-cultural coordination, problem-solving, and data analytics skills
• 5. Able to work independently, be resourceful, and have the right attitude.
